A small camp was setup by the local government to serve as home to the TV show's crew. Gota Village, as it is now more fondly called, was recently opened to the public and so we gladly took some time out to catch a glimpse of this secret hideaway. Not-so-secret anymore but hey, not everyone's been there! :) I highly recommend you visit the place soon, as we're told that the islands will be closed again sometime next year to shoot another series of Survivor. I look forward to going back here too, as we've only been able to visit a couple of islands. Here's some of the best shots we've taken (we tried! ;p). Palawan definitely tops my list as the most beautiful province in the Philippines. (click on the link) This is one of my all-time favorite dances. We were only freshmen when Kat performed this together with Randy... it was just breathtaking watching them on stage. So much emotions... at maiiyak ka sa galing nila!! Randy's also my fave jazz/ ballet dancer, maybe next to Paolo Alcedo, whom I've had the privilege of performing with waayyy back in 2002 for my short stint with Trumpets (yeabah!). I forgot the song he danced during our concert then but I still have the video... it was a solo adagio number. He's in the states now I think, and so is Kat... training, dancing, doing all that *i* love to do as well...
